Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items. Klutchit charges a flat rate of $6 for all orders processed in the United States.

Business days are limited to Monday -Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. Stashed is closed for the observance of major U.S holidays. Orders placed on major holidays are processed and shipped within the  next 5 business day.
